Lunch:
- Prepare a salad with your favorite vegetables, apple slices, avocado slices, vinegar, olive oil, and almond butter in a large bowl.
- Select your favorite vegetables and fruits with hummus or a mixture of dried grapes, berries, and nuts for an afternoon snack.
Dinner:
- For dinner, you can use cooked vegetables with brown rice.Â
- You can also have another option of a vegetable salad, quinoa, beans, and brown rice.Â
- A square of dark chocolate can also consume as a dessert.
Precautionary Measures:
- You must have to drink at least 1.9 liters of water with lemon juice daily.
- If you observe the urine color is yellow during this diet then drink more water.
- It is also suggested that at least half-hour daily light walk is compulsory during this whole detoxification process. It would facilitate your body to increase the speed of toxins removal.
- You can also select different relaxing activities such as Pilates and yoga.
