Fermented Rice Water For Hair Growth, Your Hair Will Grow Like Crazy

Rice is a staple food for a lot of countries around the world. It is very easy to make and has a lot of benefits for the body. Traditionally people throw the water in which the rice is cooked or soaked thinking that it doesn’t have any further use. But after reading this article you will never throw rice water again in your life. There is a difference between fermented rice water and rice water. Rice water is the water in which the rice has been soaked for some time or the water in which it was cooked. If you leave the rice water as it is in the open for a couple of hours or so then it will start smelling foul. This is called fermented rice water. Here is how you can use that fermented rice to make your hair more beautiful and gorgeous.

With Plain Rice

You Will Need:

  • 1/2 Cup of Rice
  • 1 Cup of Water

How To:

  1. Soak half a cup of rice in double the amount of water for a night.
  2. Strain the water in the morning and store it in a separate glass bottle. Keep this glass bottle aside for a couple of hours or so.
  3. When a foul smell starts coming from the water move it to a refridgerator and keep it in a cold place for about 6 to 8 hours. The rice water has fermented now.
  4. This water is very potent and shouldn’t be used directly. Add half a cup of cold water to it and mix it properly together.
  5. Rinse your hair with this rice water over and over again until your hairs are drenched with this. Leave your hair like this for 10 minutes. You can also cover it with a shower cap.
  6. Put a mild shampoo in your hair and use cold water to wash off the rice coating from your hair thoroughly. Let your hair dry naturally.
  7. Repeat this step two to three times in a week to strenghtn your hair and make them more beautiful.

Rice is a rich source of starch and protein which gets mixed in the water the longer you let it soak in it. This rice water is very potent in nutrients and shouldn’t be used directly as it can make the hair hard and brittle than before.
