Have you ever spent hours cleaning your windows, only to discover that when the sun shines through they look worse than they did before!? They end up covered in streaks and paper towel lint, every time. Every time! Even when I use a squeegee they end up with lines and drips. I think there must be some kind of art to this window cleaning business.
For some reason, I’ve never thought beyond your standard glass cleaner (like Windex), until recently. After so many failed attempts at streak-free windows, I decided to do a little research to see what I was doing wrong. I mean, it can’t be THAT hard, can it?
For interior windows:
Simply wipe them down without any prior cleaning. I keep one handy in my kitchen to wipe away the fingerprints and smudges that constantly show up on my back doors and windows.
