Are you one of those people who are always tired and sleepy? Do you need more sleep? Well, it’s possible that you are experiencing fatigue – feeling a lack of energy even though you are rested.
Today, we will be sharing with you some tips on how to treat fatigue using natural products, so that you will hopefully feel more energized and awake during the day.
1- Yoga
Yoga is great to treat fatigue caused by fibromyalgia, anxiety or depression. If you are struggling with chronic fatigue you should try practicing yoga. You will experience a big relief.
2- Warm milk
Drinking warm milk before going to bed can help you get a better goodnight’s sleep. ‘‘WebMD’’ points out that doctors and scientists aren’t exactly sure why this works, but studies have shown that it does indeed help people sleep better. If you’re fatigued because you have trouble falling asleep try a glass of warm milk before going to bed.
