*Breakfast: 1 glass of skim milk and 1 apple
*Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese
* Lunch: salad made from 1 apple and 1 avocado, topped with 3 ounces nuts and seeds. Dress the salad with only olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
* Dinner: 2 apples
Day 3- 1100 calories
*Breakfast: 1 apple, 2 slices of whole-grain bread and 2 slices of turkey bacon
