For fresh soap scum simply make a home mixture with distilled vinegar with an equal amount of water. Use this mixture to mist the wall then wash with a fragrance liquid soap.

To make your shower smell even better dab a few drops of your favorite essential oil into the soap. This will remove the smell of the vinegar.
