pes? Check out how to make homemade disinfecting wipes with alcohol. They are easy and work great!

Normally I am all about just cleaning my house with some soap, water, and microfiber cloth.

But every once in a while when someone in the house is sick I like to use something a little stronger.

I like to use disinfecting wipes during this time just to make sure all the germs and viruses are killed off.

Back in February, I picked up a 4 pack of lysol wipes from Sams Club because my son was sick. I only ended using about half a pack and put the rest up.

However, since things have gotten kind of crazy lately I have noticed so many people can’t find cleaning wipes.

At the suggestion of a few people, I decided to play around with my homemade lysol recipe and create a homemade disinfecting wipe too.

If you are having problems finding cleaning wipes check out this easy to make recipe for homemade disinfecting wipes.

Normally with my lysol spray, I dilute it with water. However, if you are making these to combat the current virus going around you will want something pretty strong.

For that reason, I am using mostly rubbing alcohol in this recipe.

To make the homemade disinfecting wipes you will need rubbing alcohol, paper towels, plus lavender and lemon essential oils.

For the essential oils, I am not brand picky, but I do love Fabulous Frannie essential oils. I have noticed that they are just as good as the more expensive brands but cost much less. You can head over here to grab one of their gift sets or just buy one bottle. They are usually less than $5 a bottle.

You will also need a container to store them in. Either use a canning jar or an old wipes container. Use whatever works best for you!
