Hairstyles, product build-up, and tools sometimes add pressure to scalp and hair strands; Some build-ups can hinder the growth of new hair.
You shouldn’t underestimate the care and treatments you give to your hair; some can directly or indirectly affect the hair life cycle.
However, if you are a woman and your hairline starts receding as a result of the hairstyle you wear, if it’s not the permanent hair loss, there is hope that it will grow back again.
Remedies
The raw truth is that no guaranteed treatment can stop a hairline recession once it’s started.
Notwithstanding, here are some possible remedies that can slow down or even stop and grow back receded hairline (depending on the factor responsible).
1. Cut Down the Use of Tools and Products
This remedy may not be very necessary, but it will help you figure out if hair products and tools are the things that contribute to your hairline issue.
Just a piece of advice, though.
2. Scalp Massage and Essential Oils Can Be Of Help
Researchers found that scalp massage and essential oils can stimulate hair growth and thicken hair.
However, this may not work for everyone, but a trail may worth it.
So add 5 minutes to your routine to massage your scalp and hairline. Also, feel free to try out essential oil on your hairline as well to see if it make a significant change.
3. Eliminate Stress and Anxiety.
Findings showed that smoking, stress, and anxiety have a link with hair loss. There’s no point doubting research findings when your hair is at stake.
Do away with cigarettes and stressful task; it’s not going to cost you that much.
4. Stop Hairline Shape Up
Whether myths or nature, some men still believe that hairline shape up can make your hairline recede more, maybe I am one of them or not.
However, I think you should avoid it (it’s not going to stop or make it grow back, but may slow down the process)
5. Allow Experts Handle The Situation
Sometimes doing it yourself is not enough. You need to bring in an expert for diagnosis and treatment.
Allowing them to do their job will cost you money, but they will help you find the cause and best possible treatment that will work for you.- if it’s not linked to the family.
The expert could be your doctor or dermatologist.
